Nestled on a magnificent 8,000 m² natural property, between forest and a mountain stream where deer regularly come to drink, the chalet is a true haven of peace. A rare place filled with nature and light, ideal for relaxing after a hike, a day on the slopes, or simply enjoying the calm beauty of the Alps.
Pets (dogs or cats) are welcome, provided they are clean and well behaved.

The Accomodation
Built in 2021 by French and Italian craftsmen, the chalet reinterprets the spirit of traditional alpine lodges, combining the charm of aged wood with the understated elegance of contemporary Italian design.
Several unique custom-made pieces — including the fireplace, dining table and staircase — create a warm and refined atmosphere throughout the chalet.
Spread over 3 levels and 107 m², the chalet includes:
* A spacious and bright living area with panoramic Mont Blanc views
* A fully equipped open kitchen
(fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.)
* A wood-burning fireplace
(firewood provided free of charge)
* A TV lounge with sofa bed

Recently renovated by French and Italian craftsmen, the chalet reinterprets the spirit of traditional alpine chalets, combining the charm of old wood with elegance and modern comfort.
With a surface area of 60 m², the chalet includes:
* A 20m² bedroom with a double bed ( queen size ), storage space, and an authentic wardrobe.
* A warm and spacious living room with large bay windows facing Mont Blanc and a wood-burning fireplace insert (wood provided free of charge).
* A dining area with a beautiful antique table and 6 chairs, as well as a sofa bed convertible into 2 single beds.
* A practical and fully equipped kitchen.
* A granite bathroom with shower.
* A 3-person sauna.
* TV & high-speed fiber WiFi.
In front of the chalet, a 40 m² terrace overlooks the forest and the small mountain stream (with frequent visits from deer – see photos), featuring a fountain and breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc massif.
A barbecue and private parking next to the chalet are also available.
